Republic day is also an opportunity for our teachers and students to deliver speeches and presentations on the significance of the day. We learn about the history of our Constitution, the rights and duties of citizens and the importance of upholding democratic values.
To encourage the creativity and artistic expressions and to promote the idea of “Unity in Diversity” in India, our school organized a ‘Tableau ‘ on the state of Odisha. It was a visual treat for everyone as it highlighted the states symbols, historical places, craft work, important personalities, staple food and the most famous Jagannath yatra was presented at the end.
Celebrating Republic Day in our school was a memorable and meaningful experience, everyone carried the message of freedom and fundamental duties in their hearts.
